In addition to my high praise and thank you on Saturday I wanted to put it in writing. Our business like so many others has critical elements that when down make life very difficult indeed. Facing a major difficulty on Friday evening and Saturday morning, it was a stroke of luck that I came across your number and another person/business that also lives to deliver.
My colleagues and I greatly appreciated your willingness to stop your landscaping, head in to work and manufacture a new mounting to ensure we could continue our work on Sunday.
